- Season your meat with your own season. i season mine with salt, one lime, black pepper, teaspoon oregano, 3 smashed garlic cloves and abodo seasoning

- Cut the top of the pepper and stuff the pepper with the mixture
- Bake for 45 mins and add chesse a few minutes before is done. enjoy!
